Barker Storey Matthews has confirmed the sale of the freehold of a warehouse unit on an established industrial estate in the South Cambridgeshire village of Cottenham, on which it acted as sole agent on behalf of the vendor.
Unit B, Broad Lane, Cottenham is a 708.8 sq m (7,629 sq ft), two storey, mid-terrace, industrial unit with office and workshop accommodation and the agent was under instruction to let or sell the freehold interest.
The freehold of Unit B, Broad Lane Cottenham was offered for sale with a guide price of £285,000.
While the final sale price remains confidential, Barker Storey Matthews advises there were a number of interested parties and all parties are pleased with price achieved. The new owner has private property interests and plans to operate a cash and carry business from the unit.
