Acting on behalf of the SWP Group, Barker Storey Matthews has agreed the sale of 46 Edison Road, St Ives to Linx Printing Technologies.
The building comprises a detached, light industrial unit of approximately 22,823 sq ft plus further mezzanine areas of 4,514 sq ft and benefits from planning approval for extension to the frontage.
Luke Fairhead of Linx commented, “Having relocated into a new purpose-built 50,000 sq ft unit at Compass Point, St Ives approximately three years ago, we needed to centralise the remainder of our business which is currently spread across a number of units on the St Ives industrial estate.
