To accommodate its increasing client base in the North East and further afield, chartered surveyors and property consultants Sanderson Weatherall has strengthened their valuation offering with a trio of key appointments.
Jake West joins the firms North East team having worked within Sanderson Weatherall’s Leeds office for the past five years, dealing with the valuation of commercial property across a range of sectors throughout the Yorkshire region.
Jack Deas brings with him over four years’ experience in the North East property market having completed a year at a local firm of surveyors as a trainee surveyor before more recently working within a global property consultancy practice’s valuation team, where he passed his APC and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2017.
Also, joining Sanderson Weatherall’s valuation team is Daniel Lever. Daniel has joined the firm as a trainee surveyor and will work alongside partners David Downing and Matthew Clarke, assisting them with valuations across the region.
