SHW Business Space have completed the letting of Units 2a & 2b Beddington Lane Industrial Estate, Croydon to Tropic Skincare, the company co‐owned by Susie Ma and Lord Sugar.
The units – totalling 25,000 sq ft – will allow the expansion of the multi award‐winning ethical beauty company.

Susie Ma said of the letting: “We’re delighted to be upgrading Tropic’s Surrey Beauty Kitchen to accommodate our growing team and production. I’m looking forward to seeing what the future holds at our new HQ.”
