Howdens Joinery, the UK’s largest manufacturer and supplier of fitted kitchens and joinery products, has taken a new 10,004 sq ft building at Arrow Park, Brackley, from owners Rockspring Property Investment Managers LLP. Arrow Park is a new 8 unit 140,000 sq ft warehouse/ industrial development fronting the A43 dual carriageway with over 300,000 vehicles passing the scheme every week and linking junctions 10 and 11 of the M40 and junction 15A of the M1. The development forms part of a new 25 acre mixed use estate to include a new Sainsbury’s superstore, Marstons Hotel and healthcare campus.
Brackley, home to a number of major companies including Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 Champions and the Avara Foods Group, is located just six miles from Silverstone, home of the British Grand Prix. Brackley and the region is seeing considerable expansion with over 6,000 houses being built in the next 10 years. Arrow Park is also at the heart of the ‘UK’s Motorsport Triangle’, with over 4,200 automotive related businesses in the region employing over 45,000 people in high-value engineering, distribution and motorsport teams and businesses.
