B & E Boys and their Agents Nolan Redshaw, have announced three new transactions at Waters Meeting, Bolton, the largest of which is a 32,000 sq.ft unit, let to James Hall and Company (SPAR).
The two remaining transactions saw Antifriction Ltd take a new unit at the site and Concrete Drilling Services Ltd took the third unit.
Michael Boys of B & E Boys says that” this is a real vote of confidence for the estate, three out of four units were all either pre-let or pre-sold, with one remaining unit now of 5,019 sq.ft, which is available to let only.”
Nolan Redshaw are expecting strong interest in the last remaining unit on phase 2 which is close to completion. Paul Nolan states “Unit 24 is still available and we can look to provide office accommodation with it to suit an occupiers requirements”.
