CBRE’s Southampton has appointed Jacqui Baxter as an Associate Director in the South Central Valuation Advisory team.
With over 15 years’ experience in the valuation field, Jacqui is a qualified Member of RICS and in 2015 completed her Building Surveying Masters degree. After several years in London investment and valuation teams, undertaking bank and portfolio valuations across a number of sectors, Jacqui relocated to the South Coast. She has spent seven years undertaking loan security valuations of development sites as well as LPA receivership of residential developments and investment properties.
