The top-tier Commercial Property team at Bournemouth solicitors Steele Raymond LLP has been boosted with the appointment of an experienced specialist pension property investment solicitor.
Bournemouth-born Johanna Hammersley joins the law firm as an Associate bringing with her almost ten years’ experience as a commercial property solicitor.
Johanna specialises in acting for pension trustees in the acquisition, disposal and leasing of commercial properties by Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) schemes and Small Self-Administered Schemes (SSAS). Johanna also has considerable expertise in more general commercial property work, acting for investors and occupiers in connection with all aspects of commercial property ownership and occupation.
Based in the firm’s Bournemouth head office Johanna joins the 17-strong Commercial Property team led by Partner Chris Twaits.
