National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has successfully let Technology House, a 4,054 sq ft office/workshop in Attenborough near Nottingham, to electronic logistics company ByBox Field Support Limited. The unit has been let on behalf of DSN Industrial Engineering Ltd on a three year lease.
ByBox, which has locations all over the UK, provides a distribution network to a wide range of customers including Fujitsu, Konica Minolta, Computacenter and GlaxoSmithKline. ByBox is expanding its repair services and will be using the Nottingham Road premises to expand into the Nottingham area.
Will Bradley, surveyor in LSH’s Nottingham office, said: “Technology House provides a predominantly office-based hybrid unit suited to very specific users. However, following a full internal refurbishment it was perfectly suited for ByBox and we were able to complete the lease within four weeks of their first viewing. We are pleased to have played a part in their expansion plans.”
