Leading real estate advisor, GVA, has been appointed to Manchester City Council’s Valuation and Property Professional Services Framework.
Under the framework, GVA will provide a number of specialist services, including property advisory support and landlord and tenant advice.
Offering a comprehensive resource, the GVA team will also guide the council on property acquisitions, as well as disposals and valuations.
Covering all areas of Manchester, the contract will run for a period of four years, beginning August 2018.
GVA joins five other consultants on the council framework.
