The Exeter office of Stratton Creber Commercial has let a large office suite in the city centre’s prime Southernhay District.
Acting on behalf of Signal Property Investors, Stratton Creber Commercial and joint agent Turner Locker have offered a ground floor office suite of 5,585 square feet following the relocation of former tenants, Savills. The suite has prominence to Barnfield Road, from where it has its own access, and has basement parking. It was offered in newly refurbished condition in fully open-plan layout, and the suite has air conditioning throughout.
The suite has been let to Air Marketing, who currently operate from two much smaller offices in the city centre and for whom the offices at The Forum offer room for their substantial growth plans. Air Marketing join tenants at The Forum including Kitsons Solicitors, Your Move, Ford Simey Solicitors and Parsons Brinkerhoff.
Jonathan Ling of Stratton Creber Commercial, who represented the landlord in the letting, comments: “This suite represented one of very few opportunities for a tenant to occupy a city centre suite of this size, and certainly the highest-quality and most deliverable option in the market at the time. The current shortage of quality, modern office space in the city centre looks set to continue regardless of market conditions in the coming years, as Exeter’s profile and size continue to grow while a number of major buildings have been converted to residential uses.”
The letting brings The Forum to full occupancy, although the agents are now marketing a second floor suite of 1,684 sq.ft which will become vacant in the autumn; details available from Stratton Creber Commercial (01392 202203) or Turner Locker.
