The Business Space Lease Advisory team in the Bristol office of Colliers International has been boosted by the appointment of senior surveyor Amy Bracey.
She joins from the Investment Property Management team at Colliers in Bristol, where she was involved in liaising with landlords and tenants across a range of portfolios, with a focus upon realising asset values and identifying asset management initiatives.

“It was decided recently to augment the team, and in keeping with our policy of developing our own talent it has been a pleasure to appoint Amy Bracey, whose previous experience in the IPM team will be invaluable in her new role.
