Humberts have recently agreed the letting of 17 New Street in Honiton town centre which was available at a quoting rent of £7,000 per annum. The shop premises had frontage onto the busy part of New Street within the town central area and had an area of approximately 32.38 m2 (348 ft2) plus kitchen and WC facilities.
Stephen Richards of Humberts comments “We had several offers for the retail unit from a barbers shop through to ladies fashion and eventually the premises was let to Cambridge Weight Plan who have relocated from the High Street to a larger premises.”
