The Bristol office of commercial property specialist Colliers International has strengthened its Investment Property Management team with the appointment of three new members of staff.
Megan Dickens has been appointed facilities manager. A graduate of the University College of Estate Management, she is an experienced facilities manager and contracts manager, who has worked closely with landlords and managing agents of a range of major commercial property assets including business parks, retail parks, and industrial estates.
Chris Strat, a graduate surveyor, has joined from the London office of Colliers International, where he had been based in the IPM team, managing a range of portfolios on behalf of clients.
Katherine Massey has also joined the IPM team as a graduate surveyor. She is soon to graduate with an MSc in Real Estate Management from the University of the West of England.
The three appointments to the IPM team follow record H1 results for the Bristol office of Colliers International.
Tim Davies, head of South West and Wales for Colliers International, said: “The first half of this year saw excellent results for the Bristol office of Colliers, which broke some impressive previous records.
“We believe that integral to these results has been the high standard of service that we are able to provide to our clients as a result of having a well-resourced team of professionals of an outstanding calibre.
“With this in mind and following a range of new instructions it has been decided to appoint new members to our highly-regarded IPM team, to meet the requirements coming through from its increasing client base across the South West and Wales.”
