Birmingham independent commercial property agency KWB has been appointed to manage a 38,000 sq ft multi-let office building in Solihull.
Property company Charlton Haynes has appointed KWB’s Property Management Department to manage One Cranmore Place, Cranmore Drive, Solihull, to liaise with tenants, collect the rent and the service charge and manage utilities and the fabric of the buildings.
Tenants at the 15 year old two-storey office building include shoe manufacturer and retailer Clarks, estate agent Purple Bricks, TUV and Spirotech.
