Colliers International has secured the pre-let of a 1.5 acre hard standing open storage compound with ancillary office accommodation to GB Oils Ltd at Forge Mills Park, Coleshill.
The Warrington-based oil distributor has signed a 15-year lease, with five yearly rent reviews.
A secure compound is now under construction and due to complete in September, when GB will take up occupation.
According to James Darby, a senior surveyor in the industrial and logistics team at the Birmingham office of Colliers International, the deal leaves just one acre of land remaining at the five-acre industrial park, which is home to tenants including Polaris Britain Ltd and Stahl Crane Systems Ltd. Colliers acted for the private investor/developer.
GB Oils Ltd were represented by Jim Roberts of MGR Appraisals.
