Windover Court Industrial Estate in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, has been sold in two lots by White Commercial Surveyors.
The estate, totalling close to 30,000 sq ft in six units, comprised lot 1 (just over 17,000 sq ft) and lot 2 (just over 12,000 sq ft) and were for sale for £960,000 and £775,00 respectively.
Lot 1 comprised five fully let units with a net rental income approaching £78,400 per annum exclusive, and was sold to The Pears Group. Lot 2 was sold separately to a private investor who is planning to lease the building.
Huntingdon is home to a multitude of international businesses including ABB Bosch and Hotel Chocolat, with the region boasting a thriving small to medium sized business sector, with over 60,000 enterprises and 700,000 jobs generating over £30 billion per annum. White Commercial Surveyors acted for an in-house client having managed the estate for over 10 years.
