Warwickshire and Coventry based property specialists Bromwich Hardy have some new faces in their team, having recruited two new surveyors in this tough market, showing their commitment to expanding their operation and continuing to win exciting new instructions in the Midlands property markets.
James Brookes has joined as a commercial surveyor, mainly working within the agency team, but also completing some professional instructions. James was prized away from another local agency firm where he was specialising in Leisure, Retail and Roadside property, making a name for himself in those markets, hence the approach.
Alex Eagleton has also recently joined the team as a graduate surveyor, having recently completed and gained an upper second class degree in Real Estate from Sheffield Hallam University and whilst their completing a 14 month sandwich year working at BNP Paribas in Birmingham. Alex will be assisting the agency and management departments.
