A car transport specialist is the latest business to berth at purpose-built offices in one of the leading marinas in the South.
In a deal through regional commercial property agency Hughes Ellard, Southern Counties Car Deliveries has signed an initial two-year lease on an upper deck office at 27 The Slipway, Port Solent, Portsmouth.
Hughes Ellard acted for Premier Marinas Limited, which owns and operates Port Solent.

Port Solent, which is celebrating its 21st anniversary, is the third largest marina in England with 808 berths.
It is now home to a number of professional services, marketing and media firms, human resources specialists and a flourishing range of marine-related businesses.
Business occupiers included Sunsail, Marine Superstore, Ancasta International Boat Sales, masts and rigging specialist Martin Leaning and Marine Electrical Installations.
Harnish Patel, a business space agent with Fareham-based Hughes Ellard, said: “There is a thriving business hub at Port Solent, which is very much a destination venue because of the restaurants, multiplex cinema and David Lloyd health and fitness club, as well as the marina.
“The Slipway is a good fit for Southern Counties because of it strategic positioning close to the A3(M) and delivering direct access onto the M27 and national road links feeding into Portsmouth and Southampton international trade ports.
“Port Solent offers a pleasant alternative working environment to the city centre. Moreover, the units have become popular with occupier seeking flexible business space, with ample parking for staff and customers.”
