National property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has successfully negotiated a new 10 year lease to a West Bridgford-based hairdressing salon – Hair Scene. The renewed lease for 9/11 Central Avenue was negotiated by Nick Hammond of LSH’s Nottingham office and is one of several interests managed by LSH in West Bridgford.
Proprietor of the Hair Scene salon, Mrs (first name please) Walker, said, “Following a successful 10 years of trading here in Central Avenue we are delighted to have renewed our lease, and we are looking forward to building our business further over the coming years.”
Nick Hammond, of LSH Property Asset Management, said, “West Bridgford, and Central Avenue in particular, is a popular locality for occupiers and it is evident that demand there has maintained throughout difficult economic times. A 10 year lease renewal provides continuity to Hair Scene’s business and demonstrates the commitment that tenants are willing to make in what is a successful local community.”
