Bulleys has recruited a property expert with two decades experience from a regional agent.
Jason Morris has joined the leading commercial property specialist as a management surveyor after spending 21 years with Lex Allan, where his last role was lettings director.
His new job at Bulleys involves the day-to-day running of industrial estates, retail parks and offices that the Wolverhampton-based firm manages on behalf of its clients.
Steve Perriton, a partner at Bulleys, said: “We’re delighted to have attracted Jason to have joined our expanding management team. He brings an experienced and level head to deal with our growing management client portfolio of property assets.
“Jason has a wealth of experience at dealing with customers face-to-face and we’re sure he can now use these skills to help us maintain and refine the respected service we already provide to tenants and landlords.”
Mr Morris, originally from Wolverhampton and now living in Kingswinford, said: “After a career in residential lettings involving the general public, I wanted to develop into commercial property where you’re dealing with people on a business-to-business footing.
“This is a more professional environment that is far more structured than residential, and that suits my organisational skills.
“I’m confident I can apply the people skills I’ve built up over the last 20-plus years and am looking forward to aiding the management team to continue their recent growth.”
