BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed James Gann as Senior Director within the International Investment Group (IIG) team based in Hong Kong.
The appointment follows BNP Paribas Real Estate’s acquisition of Strutt & Parker last year, which has seen the company’s UK business grow considerably.
James’s appointment seeks to reinforce BNP Paribas Real Estate’s presence in Asia and help deliver a first-class service for client’s based in the region looking to invest in UK real estate.
Having spent 20 years working in London, James has extensive experience of the UK property market and working with international investors. In his new role, James will be responsible for coordinating all investment activity into the UK from the APAC region.
James will report to Yo-Hann Tan, Head of BNPPRE Asia Pacific, and Etienne Prongué, Deputy Chief Executive Officer BNPPRE Advisory UK. He will also work closely with the IIG team based in the UK, led by Andrew Cruickshank.
