Real estate finance platform Native Finance has appointed Judith Tan as Director of Real Estate Origination, with immediate effect.
Tan will be responsible for originating debt, mezzanine and equity real estate transactions for the firm.
Tan joins from Sandon Investment Management Ltd., where she served as managing director. A major player in the global financial market for 25 years, Tan started her career as an associate at Morgan Stanley in the US, before working for such institutions as Lehman Brothers, Commerzbank, Global Capital Group, Nomura International, and Investec Bank plc. She originated in excess of £5.5bn of transactions at Investec plc and executed circa $7bn equivalent transactions across the United States and Europe. Most recently she has provided advisory and asset management support for the Cooperative Bank and Lucent Group (advising a major UK land fund).
