The office agency team at JLL has let a third office at The Parks in Haydock to Allay Claims on behalf of Bilsdale Property.
The new lease represents an expansion for the claims management firm which already occupies 9,245 sq ft at the business park, across two units.
Following the deal, just two small suites of 1,235 sq ft and 1,813 sq ft remain in No.4 The Parks. A refurbishment project is about to begin at No.9, to include new air conditioning, LED lighting and electric car charging points, which will bring a further 4,566sq ft to market.

The Parks provides over 120,000 sq ft of office accommodation in 15 self-contained buildings in Haydock, near Warrington. Other occupiers at The Parks include Speedy Hire Plc, Arrow Communications Ltd, Michael W Halsall Solicitors, Robertson, Scott Rees Solicitors and Pugh & Co.
