Manchester based safety equipment supplier Globus Ltd has agreed to take the last remaining unit at Trafford Point, Trafford Park, Manchester.
Developed by Harbert European Real Estate Fund III, Trafford Point is located on Ashburton Road West, close to J10 of the M60 motorway and comprises a two unit high bay speculative new warehouse scheme totalling 240,000 sq ft.
Unit T2, extending to 98,627 sq ft, has been let to Globus Limited on a new 10 year lease at £6.50 per sq ft establishing a new rental tone for the North West region. This follows on from the successful letting of Unit T1 (141,480 sq ft) which was let to SIG Trading Ltd upon practical completion.

Trafford Point forms part of the 4.4m sq ft HEREF Trafford Park Portfolio, which includes other successful new build schemes such as North Point on Mosley Road.

Also within the Harbert European Real Estate Fund III, there is one remaining unit of 148,856 sq ft at the Heywood Point development within Heywood Distribution Park. Along with the ability to develop a further 500,000 sq ft of logistics space.
