KAM Project Consultants has announced the opening of a new office in Narborough Wood Park in Enderby, Leicestershire, which is part of the firm’s Midlands expansion strategy.
KAM Project Consultants, which has its head office in Milton Keynes, has taken the 900 sq ft space to accommodate its growing team and to create a more central presence in the Midlands.
Established in 2013, KAM Project Consultants is an independent company of project managers and construction cost consultants focused on delivering schemes across two primary markets; industrial/distribution and varied commercial.
Since its inception, the company has experienced significant growth and serves an expanding portfolio of clients nationally, with 57% growth in revenues in the last year alone.
The firm’s new self-contained office is located in a landscaped courtyard in open countryside and can accommodate up to 14, making it the ideal space to continue to expand its six-strong Leicestershire-based team. Narborough Wood Park was previously operated as a dairy farm and now offers up to 26 businesses the opportunity to be based in an unrivalled location west of Leicester.
KAM Project Consultants hopes to take on a further four employees over the course of the next 12 months at the new base.
Scott Price, director at KAM Project Consultants and lead of the Leicester office, said: “Leicestershire is a great place to do business and we have been serving clients in this and the surrounding areas from our Milton Keynes office but wanted to be closer to those clients and projects.
“Our commitment to a permanent presence here is testament to our portfolio and the opportunity we see across the midlands and nationally and having such a central base will serve us well in our continued expansion.
“We have built a great team and our new office, which is fresh and contemporary in a beautiful location, is the ideal space to house that growing team.
“It’s an exciting time for the business and we look forward to further embedding ourselves in the Leicestershire and wider Midlands business communities.”
KAM, which has a team of 34 across both of its offices and is capable of handling projects of any size, is currently working on a number of significant schemes for clients based in the Midlands and beyond, including JD Sports’ second distribution centre in Rochdale, speculative distribution centres for First Panattoni throughout the UK and a new biscuit production facility for Wholebake in North Wales.
