Property specialists at the South Coast offices of Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) are celebrating a string of wins at the South Coast Property awards.
A night of success for the team at LSH, which has the largest transactional team in the Solent region, saw the firm win several accolades including the title of Industrial/Logistics Consultancy of the Year. The award recognises LSH’s performance in completing the highest number of industrial deals across the region, and the highest total by sq ft transacted from January 2017 to March 2018.
Further success for LSH came in the Property Deal of the Year category, which went to Portsmouth Retail Park, Northarbour. LSH’s retail team advised on the project, a £16.2million development which has attracted top names including Decathlon, Pure Gym and Home Bargains. The South Central industrial scheme at Nursling, for which LSH is joint agent with JLL, was runner-up in the category.
Fareham Borough Council’s Solent Airport scheme at Daedalus won the awards for Business Park Innovation and Development of the Year (Commercial). The Council appointed LSH as sole agent for the scheme.
An individual Outstanding Contribution Award was given to Robin Dickens (pictured), Director – Industrial at LSH, in recognition of his work executing property strategy in the region and promoting it as a great place to do business.
