DTZ, part of UGL Services, a division of UGL Limited (ASX: UGL), acting on behalf of Pump Supply & Repair Group, has successfully completed the sale of their former premises at Union Street in Swinton, Salford.
The unit, which comprises a detached industrial unit extending to 16,032 sq ft with a large yard, has been sold to New World Imports (UK) Ltd for £340,000.
Alex Smylie, Senior Surveyor of DTZ comments: “Due to a shortage of freehold opportunities in the market, we received a good level of demand for the building and ultimately our client was pleased to facilitate relocation plans and the purchaser was able to expand their business.”
DTZ was joint selling agent with The Fallows Consultancy.
