Westminster City Council have appointed Knight Frank and Tuckerman as joint leasing agents at 64 Victoria Street, where they are undertaking a comprehensive refurbishment.
Westminster City Council will occupy the building’s uppers floor with the lower 10 floors of refurbished space available to lease, totalling approximately 100,000 sq ft. The refurbishment works are currently underway and will be completed by January 2019.
Cllr Rachael Robathan, Westminster City Council cabinet member for Finance, Property and Regeneration, said: “We are looking forward to the move back to a refurbished City Hall on Victoria Street next year. By partnering with Knight Frank, alongside Tuckerman, we want to further promote Victoria as a place to work and attract tenants to share this exciting opportunity and building with us.”
Ben Stanley, West End Agency Partner at Knight Frank, said: “We are thrilled to have been appointed as joint leasing agents for 64 Victoria Street. We are lucky enough to have been involved leasing many of the most high profile developments in Victoria over the last few years, and it is fantastic to be advising on this new instruction”.
Mark Fisher, Managing Director at Tuckerman, said:
“This Grade A office space in the heart of Victoria will appeal to a broad cross-section of business sectors. The site offers unrivalled connectivity via Victoria and sits within this globally known West End setting, which will appeal to a broad range of potential tenants.”
