BizSpace, the largest provider of flexible workspace with offices and workshops across the UK, is opening the doors to its brand new £2.6 million business centre for Doncaster.
Situated in an established office and business park, Gresley House is made up of three floors of mixed serviced offices, with 12,800 sq ft of serviced office space available to let.
Approximately 0.5 miles from Doncaster town centre, Gresley House is well-located, situated on the eastern side of Ten Pound Walk, which is accessed directly from White Rose Way (A6182), a major arterial route to Doncaster from the M18.
BizSpace has invested £1 million into refurbishing the office building to provide a new modern reception area, updated general office facilities and refitted the ground floor as smaller workspace units. The refurbishment to the ground floor now provides 25 new serviced and managed office units specifically for the region’s entrepreneurs and small businesses.
Emma Long, Commercial Director at BizSpace commented: “Gresley House is our first business centre in Doncaster and we are thrilled to have invested time and money into developing a modern business environment where local entrepreneurs and small businesses can thrive.
“Supporting Doncaster Chamber’s Launchpad programme, which provides free support to new and emerging businesses across the borough, we are looking forward to working closely with the council and Sheffield City Region to nurture ambitious entrepreneurs and SMEs, helping them to evolve and grow.”
The site will start letting their services out from the 27th July 2018 with a site launch event taking place on the 16th August.
