Commercial Property Developer Knight Property Group have welcomed Compass Contract Services (UK) ltd to Kingshill Park, Westhill.
The market leading catering services provider have moved to Pavilion 7 of the business park on a 5 year lease having relocated from Carden Place in Aberdeen’s West End.
Compass Group will occupy Suite D of pavilion 7 which totals 2,693 sq ft. The self –contained suite benefits from its own entrance, excellent parking ratio, raised access flooring, air conditioning, open plan floor plates and shower facilities.
Knight Property Group Director, Howard Crashaw said: “Kingshill Park offers potential tenants optimum flexibility.
With the AWPR close to opening, we recognised the need for smaller, modern high spec office developments out-with the city centre. By introducing the self-contained suites to Pavilion 7, it diversifies the development and allows various opportunities for a wide range of potential occupants.
We’re thrilled Compass Contract Services have chosen Kingshill Park to relocate to.”
Andrew Smith, Associate at Ryden commented “After a comprehensive search of the market, it is encouraging to find that Compass chose Kingshill Park over alternatives that were available.
Although there were alternative options of a lesser specification available, it is becoming clear that the tenant demand for new build, multi let, and modern specification offices with good parking is still proving to be an important driver in a tenant’s decision making process.
Cost is slowly becoming less of an issue in today’s market as tenants begin to see real tangible benefits of open plan working environments, contemporary space planning and efficient utility provisions.
The suites provide occupiers with this whilst still being competitive on prices and in a prime location. We still have two suites available and would be delighted to welcome new occupiers to Kingshill Park. We are offering excellent incentive packages and the suites benefit from business rates reductions too.”
Kingshill Park will consist of 11 buildings upon completion, ranging between 2,600 sq. ft. and 16,400 sq ft. and is located in close proximity to the AWPR making it more accessible to Aberdeen city and shire. Upon completion, the development will bring approximately 1,100 workers to the area.
