National property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has been appointed to sell three properties in Leicestershire owned by the Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust.
The properties, all in the Narborough area near Leicester, include a substantial office building on a large plot, a smaller office building with additional land and two adjoining residential properties.
Sylvia Reid House in Forest Road, Narborough is a 5,306 sq ft office block on a 1.08 acre plot. The former NHS offices are close to J21 of the M1. The three-storey offices have parking for up to 30 cars and with planning permission could suitable for a variety of alternate uses. Offers of around £650,000 are sought for the freehold property and land.
Drury House, on offer for £450,000, is a three storey period office property on 0.6 acres of land with further development potential subject to planning. The Leicester Road property also includes a separate coach house and has potential for extensive car parking. It is close to the M1 and Narborough train station.
LSH is also marketing two semi-detached residential properties in Forest Road, Narborough, where offers of £325,000 are invited for both properties at 191 and 193 Forest Road
