Uniserve, the UK’s leading independent logistics and trade management provider, has signed a 10-year lease at Goodman’s Brackmills 192 – a prime distribution warehouse in Northampton. Uniserve will use the 192,288 sq. ft facility to provide supply chain services for a new client and support the company’s ongoing growth.

The recently refurbished property comprises a fully fitted modern distribution warehouse, together with associated offices. The main warehouse benefits from a 12.5 metre clear height, with a 21-metre clear height to the high bay element, and features 16-dock level loading doors and four level access doors, making it the ideal space for logistics businesses Following operational fit-out, Uniserve will commence operations from the facility during the summer.
