Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Adam Cookson as a Partner in the Logistics & Industrial EMEA team within its Global Occupier Services (GOS) business.
Cookson joins from FTSE 250-listed Sheffield Insulation Group (SIG), the market-leading specialist distributor of insulation and related products to the construction industry, where he was Head of Property & Facilities in the UK. Prior to this he worked at Travis Perkins for nine years, as Head of Property for the Northern region.
Based in Birmingham, he is the latest arrival in the firm’s GOS EMEA team, which helps clients make intelligent business decisions that optimise the value from the spaces they occupy. In March, Paul Foreman joined the same Logistics & Industrial EMEA team as a Partner from GVA, having previously spent 23 years at CBRE.
