GN2, the Central London property agency business has acted on behalf of Boat International Media, to agree a new lease on the 1st floor at 41-47 Hartfield Road, SW19 totalling approx. 5,575 sq ft. The lease agreed is for a new 5 year term at a rent in the low £40s psf.
The landlord of the property is Woodcock Holdings Ltd.
