Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), Campbell Gordon and Bray Fox Smith have successfully secured a new 10 year lease for Ascot Lloyd at an iconic Reading building.
Ascot Lloyd is a privately owned independent Financial Advisory company. They have signed a new 10 year lease at the VC3 c/o Berkley Estates London Limited owned building, Reading Bridge House, having already been a tenant for 5 years.
Ascot Lloyd will utilise the space to facilitate their Head Office, reaffirming Ascot Lloyd’s commitment to the town and highlighting the successful refurbishment of Reading Bridge House.
Hannah Zandbergen, Associate Director of Lambert Smith Hampton’s Reading office commented “Ascot Lloyd chose to remain in Reading Bridge House due to its strong fundamentals. The location of the building, together with its outstanding views over the River Thames, excellent car parking, on-site café and high quality offices provide staff with an enjoyable place to work.”
Reading Bridge House is situated just minutes’ walk from the town centre and Reading Train Station with fast connections to London Paddington and the impending Elizabeth Line, which makes it the ideal location for the Berkshire born and bred financial advisory firm.
Steve Pope, Group Director of Berkley Estates London Limited continues “We are delighted to retain Ascot Lloyd as one of VC3’s core occupiers at Reading Bridge House and this follows the recent letting to Blue Array, also on the ground floor. Further transactions are in the pipeline and this justifies the decision to upgrade the reception and café at the start of the year.”
