The Industrial team at property advisor JLL has let 7,910 sq ft at Guinness Road Trading Estate in Trafford Park to automotive parts supplier Digraph.
The firm has agreed a 10-year lease, leaving only one 7,813 sq ft unit available at £6.25 per sq ft on the estate.
Guinness Road Trading Estate has 22 refurbished units ranging from 6,000 to 30,000 sq ft. Digraph joins other firms at the scheme including healthcare equipment provider Bailey Instruments, glass merchant Anders and other automotive suppliers Imexpart and Universal Components.
Robert Kos, senior surveyor at JLL, said: “This latest deal shows a healthy demand for quality refurbished space in the Trafford Park district. We secured four lettings at Guinness Road last year and it is now close to being fully let.
“Refurbishment will be key for landlords to capture demand while development picks up pace in the North West.”
