Colliers International continues to grow its London-based portfolio Valuation and Advisory Services team with the appointment of Rossella van der Weyden, as an associate director.
Rossella joins Colliers from Cushman & Wakefield where she specialised in Central London real estate valuations, and in particular, the West End. She worked on a number of high profile London estates such as The Crown Estate, Grosvenor Estates, The City of London Corporation and Shaftesbury, as well as clients including TIAA Henderson Real Estate and Aberdeen Standard.
“Rossella brings to Colliers great experience of managing complex, high value portfolios. Whilst she will be covering all sectors, her West End knowledge compliments our recent recruitment of Martyn Munford in the City, adding strength to our Central London coverage” said Mark White, joint head of the portfolio Valuation and Advisory Services team at Colliers International.
Rossella van der Weyden, associate director, Valuation and Advisory Services at Colliers International, commented; “The valuation profession is growing in importance and complexity and this is great opportunity to join a fast expanding team within a company that is actively growing its market share and finding ways to move the industry forward.”
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Rossella worked at DTZ and Nightingale Partners, a specialist property consultancy, focusing on Central London and nationwide investments.
