Bulleys Chartered Surveyors in Telford have successfully let a Hortonwood industrial unit without the need for the usual marketing costs and saving their client money as a result.
Having been informed that the previous occupier had chosen not to renew their lease, Bulleys were able to immediately match the premises with the requirements of XPO IT Services Limited who had registered a requirement for a larger unit on their applicant database.
The unit extends to approximately 9,982 sq.ft. (927 sq.m.) and provides an open span warehouse with single storey office accommodation, a secure storage yard and separate allocated car parking spaces.
Matthew Tilt at Bulleys commented “We were delighted to negotiate this letting in a manner that achieved the objectives of both Landlord and Tenant within their desired timescale”.
XPO IT Services Limited are one of the Midlands leading companies in IT and Electronic Equipment Recycling, Hard Drive and Data Destruction with over 10 years experience. As a result of the move to the larger unit, they have recently invested in a state of the art WEEE Recycling Plant and have also been granted an Approved Authorised Treatment Facility (AATF) for electrical waste recycling by the Environment Agency. Managing Director, Stephen Urbicki commented “with our new Plant we are now able to shred whole electrical units for recycling and business is growing thanks to the move”
