GN2 has let the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4thand 5th floors totalling approximately 11,000 sq. ft. to Monarch Capital, Incisive Health, Reef Estates and Big Win Philanthropy on 10 year terms at rents of circa £81.00 per sq. ft. Cushman & Wakefield acted as joint agents.
In addition, GN2 has let 700 sq ft on 2nd floor at 37 Queen Anne Street on behalf of a private landlord. The tenant agreed a 10 year lease with a 5 year break at £35,000 pa with 9 months’ rent free period.
