Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has named Nick Mullins as its new Executive Director for Business Transactions.
Based in Manchester, Nick will have a national remit with an immediate and primary focus on the markets in the North of England.
This is a new role which will be overarching. Nick will lead LSH’s transactional business in the UK regional markets drawing on his extensive network of contacts and experience working with landowners, developers, and private and public sector clients, to source and secure development and investment opportunities as well as providing consultancy and funding advice as a catalyst for estate delivery.
Nick rejoins LSH, having spent the last two years client side, initially at Property Alliance Group and then as a principal at Northern Soul Real Estate. Prior to LSH, Nick spent over 15 years at CBRE as a Senior Director in its Land and Development team.
Ezra Nahome, CEO of LSH, commented: “We welcome Nick back into the LSH fold to lead our transactional charge in the North. The Northern Powerhouse is a market with significant untapped potential and Nick’s particular expertise will enable us to maximise value for clients, and deliver real competitive edge in this space.”
