Far East Consortium appoints new senior sales & marketing manager in Manchester office

Leading property conglomerate Far East Consortium (FEC) has strengthened its Manchester team with the appointment of a new senior sales and marketing manager, Andrew Bradley-Nixon.

FEC specialises in property development, hospitality and car parking ventures in Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the UK, and Andrew joins at a busy time as the group has entered into the Northern Gateway investment partnership with Manchester City Council to deliver over 15,000 new homes in north Manchester over the next 10 years.

Andrew joins FEC with 12 years rounded experience in property, having worked at Lendlease since 2012, where where he was responsible for developments in Manchester, York and London, and oversaw the sale of over 750 units. As well as the UK, Andrew sold units in China, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Hong Kong. Previously, Andrew worked for a niche developer and an estate agent in the social housing industry. Andrew comments: “FEC have quickly established themselves as a leading developer in Manchester, I am delighted to be joining the company at such an exciting time.”

With a head office in London’s Mayfair, and a regional office in Manchester, FEC is set to develop circa 21,500 homes, and 400 new hotel bedrooms in the next decade.

FEC recently launched MeadowSide, a new development of 756 apartments and penthouses in Manchester city centre that offer a mix of city living and park life. Set to change Manchester’s skyline forever, this £200m new residential quarter spearheads the Northern Gateway.
