In giving these awards the judging panel were particularly impressed by Boodle Hatfield’s efforts in encouraging female staff, noting that 67 per cent of all staff at the firm are managed by women. The judges praised the firm’s “policies on flexible working, enhanced maternity leave, home working, time off for dependents and job sharing”.
Caroline King, Partner and Head of Property said: “We have always strived to provide an environment where all staff can thrive and achieve their full potential. The firm has always had a high number of female partners and staff and has female role models at all levels. Providing members of the firm with the opportunity to have challenging and successful careers whilst, at the same time, having fulfilling home lives is very much a part of our heritage.
“We are enormously proud of the environment we have created and believe that it contributes greatly to the high quality of client service for which we are known as well as benefiting our partners and staff. We are delighted to have had our efforts recognised by Euromoney in these awards.”
