Acting on behalf of the landlord, commercial property consultants Alder King have let the fourth floor of Queens House in central Exeter to an expanding recruitment company and are now marketing two other floors in the building.
Set2Recruit, the region’s leading IT, cyber and sales/marketing recruiter, has taken the 1,743 sq ft fourth floor suite on a new seven year lease. The nine-strong team will relocate to Queens House from Bradninch Court on Castle Street.
Queens House is an attractive period building on the corner of Gandy Street and Little Queen Street. It was recently refurbished and now provides prestigious office accommodation close to the High Street, Princesshay, the Guildhall and Harlequin shopping centres.
Alder King is now offering two further floors of accommodation to let in the building, providing a total of 6,700 sq ft of office space.
Will Acock of Alder King commented: “There is a real demand/supply imbalance for office suites in Exeter city centre, particularly in the 3,000 to 5,000 sq ft range. Queens House comprises high quality suites in a central location, providing occupants with ease of access to everything the city centre has to offer. We are expecting the next two suites to generate a lot of competitive interest now marketing has commenced.”
