Canmoor Asset Management is celebrating after a spate of recent lettings at Cheltenham Trade Park. The recent lettings include Medicals for Sport who have taken Unit 21 which extends to 2,600 sq ft, having relocated from Space Business Centre were they have outgrown their premises.
Robert Smith from Bruton Knowles’ Gloucester office, who jointly handles the lettings with John Ryde Commercial said: “This last letting is very significant as it means that for the first time in last 10 years the estate is fully let.
Anthony Johns from John Ryde Commercial added: “There is shortage of supply especially of the smaller units which has put pressure on rents – we really have seen a dramatic rise in only a few years.”
Tom Maltby the asset manager for Canmoor who has managed the estate since it was acquired four years ago commented: “This is milestone for the estate and we are very pleased to be in this position. We are committed to upgrading the estate and will continue to make improvements where we believe it is needed.
“It is a well-established estate with good access to the city centre and M5. Existing occupiers include major brands such as Plumbase, Electric Center, City Plumbing, Wilts Electrical Wholesalers, Denmans and Plumbstop.”
