Acting on behalf of Kenstone Properties Limited and a private investor, Carter Jonas has secured two new trade counter operators, letting nearly 6,500 sq ft of space at Ashton Park on Marston Trading Estate in Frome, Somerset.
Toolstation Ltd. has agreed a 10-year lease at Unit 1 on the well-established estate. The property is a purpose-built trade counter facility totalling 2,700 sq ft and currently offers warehouse accommodation with versatile commercial space, external car parking and loading areas. Toolstation will use the premises as warehousing and distribution with a trade counter and retail counter alongside ancillary offices.
Hire Standards Ltd. has taken Unit 2B at the trading estate on a five year lease. The property comprises 3,775 sq ft of space and consists of an industrial / warehouse unit including a mezzanine first floor and trader counter and offices at ground floor level. The unit also benefits from external parking and loading bays. Hire Standards supplies equipment and access to products for both consumer and trade customers and the business will use the space as its new Frome depot.
