Property consultants Alder King in Gloucester have let over 13,000 sq ft of office accommodation in The Quadrangle on Imperial Square, Cheltenham, leaving just 11,500 sq ft of space available.
Alder King recently let part of the first and fourth floor suites to data management company Blue Sheep and language skills consultancy, Communicaid. It is now marketing 5,000 sq ft on the first floor and 6,500 sq ft on the second floor.
Blue Sheep has taken approximately 6,500 sq ft of space on the first floor on a six year sub-lease; while Communicaid has taken approximately 7,200 sq ft of space on the fourth floor on a similar length lease.
The Quadrangle is a local landmark building situated at the junction of Imperial Square and The Promenade in Cheltenham town centre. Each suite comprises approximately 6,500 sq ft (610 sq m) of open-plan office space with dedicated meeting space and kitchen facilities on each floor. The building also benefits from caretaker facilities and a secure underground car park.
John Hawkins of Alder King says: “The Quadrangle remains a popular location giving open plan accommodation in the heart of the town.”
