Global facilities management service provider Atalian Servest is to open a new office at Interchange 25 business park in Nottingham.
The company has agreed a five-year lease on unit 5 (4,125 sq ft) with landlord Hortons’ Estate Limited.
Atalian Servest is one of the world’s largest facilities services providers. The company offers cleaning, catering, security, building services, energy management and compliance, front of house, landscaping, logistics, waste management and pest control services to more than 32,000 clients in the public and private sectors.
In the UK, Atalian Servest employs more than 50,000, of which 30 will be based at Interchange 25.
The company joins existing tenants Air-IT, Coleby Associates LLP, Gamestec Leisure Limited and Nurture & Renew Holdings on the Park.
Jeremy Boothroyd from Hortons’ Estate said: “We have been really pleased with the interest we have received in the last remaining units at Interchange 25. Occupiers appreciate the investment we have made to bring the accommodation up to modern day standards, and coupled with on-site parking and easy access to local transport links, the Park is proving to be a really appealing prospect.
“We are currently in the process of refurbishing the last remaining unit on the estate, which we expect to be completed within the next six weeks.”
FHP advised Hortons’ Estate on the letting.
Mark Tomlinson, director at FHP, said: “Interchange 25 Business Park is well located at Junction 25 of the M1, benefitting from an unrivalled parking ratio and located outside of the workplace parking levy.
“Hortons’ Estate has carried out excellent quality refurbishments of the vacant properties and, as a result, we have brought an excellent quality tenant in Servest Group to the site to add to a strong tenant profile, following deals with Air IT and Coleby Associates since the refurbishments commenced.”
