GVA has expanded its Property Management team in the Midlands with a strategic new appointment.
With over 15 years’ industry experience, Michael Taylor joins the team from Shepherd Commercial to work with national GVA client and one of Europe’s largest logistics real estate specialists, Logicor.
Michael will work under client lead Victoria Round and will bring substantial knowledge and understanding of the ongoing management of extensive commercial portfolios.
Victoria Round, GVA, said: “We’ve worked closely with Logicor’s Multi-Let UK team, for several years at GVA. Michael’s appointment is key to supporting the delivery of this Property Management instruction, and we’re pleased to welcome him to the Midlands team.”
Michael’s previous role included providing advice on rent reviews and lease renewals for a range of clients across retail, office and industrial premises.
Michael said: “Given GVA’s size, reputation and strong track record in the property market, it was a great opportunity for me to join the regional Property Management team in Birmingham. I’m keen to get started and use my experience and skills to deliver the highest standard of service for Logicor across their national multi-let portfolio.”
Michael joins other recent PMC appointments, Gert Corfield and Paul Causer who have both returned to GVA.
