Hercules Business Park in Stockport is now fully occupied following the sale of the final vacant unit to Prater.
Prater, a leading specialist building envelope contractor, has acquired Unit D measuring 7,321 sq ft and joins existing occupiers at the estate on Bird Hall Lane including accident management company WNS, motor finance provider DSG Financial Services, and workwear manufacturer Ballyclare.
The deal follows the letting of Unit B1 in December last year to HVAC contractor Thermotech. The development consists of eight self-contained office buildings in total and was jointly developed by Royal London Asset Management and Property Alliance Group who are retained as asset managers.
Andrew Rands, Associate Director in the Office Agency team at JLL said: “We have had a strong run of activity at Hercules Business Park within the last 18 months as we continue to see a consistent level of demand within South Manchester. This has resulted in an ever diminishing supply of good quality, self-contained office buildings available to purchase across the market. Occupiers have been attracted to Hercules Business Park in particular by the quality of the Grade A specification workspace set within a secure, well managed and attractive landscape’.
GVA are joint agents for the scheme.
